Unlike traditional fitness programs, mostly male-led wellness spaces, or rigid medical systems that decide how you should look, feel, or live before you’re “allowed” to start healing— this space works differently.
Here, you don’t need to be “fixed” first to prove your worth.
You don’t need to “get better” before you’re welcome.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
I don’t hand you a checklist or force you into a plan that ignores your reality.
Instead, I hold space. I listen. I walk with you.
Together, we explore practical, evidence-based tools drawn from yoga therapy — rooted in ancient Vedic wisdom and supported by modern science — that meet you where you are.
Felt out of place or judged in a fitness class
Tried everything, but nothing seems to stick long-term
Put your life on hold, waiting to feel “ready”
Been overwhelmed by conflicting medical advice
Hidden your pain to appear strong
Told yourself, “I’ll start when I’m better”...
In the yoga therapy community we also work in collaboration with medical professionals — because yoga therapy is not a replacement for healthcare. It’s a bridge between the clinical and the personal — helping you navigate the space between a diagnosis and a meaningful, supportive way of living.

Can I combine Yoga Therapy with other forms of therapy or treatment?
Yes! Yoga Therapy can be a great complementary treatment for physical therapy, counseling, chiropractic care, or nutrition programs. If you’re working with other healthcare professionals, let me know and we can coordinate your care to ensure the best results.
How many Yoga Therapy sessions will I need?
The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your personal goals, the nature of your health concerns, and your progress. Some people see improvements in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing sessions over a longer period.
If I already have a doctor or health program, is it still useful to seek Yoga therapy based sessions?
Absolutely! Yoga Therapy can complement your existing medical or wellness program. It is not a replacement for conventional medical care but a powerful addition that supports healing and wellness in a holistic way. If you are working with a doctor, physiotherapist, or nutritionist, you can work with me to create a comprehensive plan that enhances your recovery or well-being. Many clients find that Yoga Therapy helps to reduce stress, improve flexibility, enhance mobility, and manage pain, all of which contribute to faster healing and better overall health.
How much time will I need to commit to see lasting results?
Yoga therapy is a lifestyle change, not a one-time quick fix. The time commitment depends on your goals. For chronic pain, expect to commit to several weeks or months. For stress relief or mental clarity, you may start seeing positive results after a few sessions, but consistent practice is key for long-term transformation.
What kind of benefits can I expect to see from yoga therapy in the long term?
Long-term benefits include improved emotional resilience, better stress management, chronic pain relief, improved flexibility, and greater self-awareness. You may also experience better sleep and a more positive outlook on life.
How quickly will I see results from yoga therapy?
It’s natural to want fast results, and while some people may feel a shift in their body or mind after just one session, yoga therapy is most effective when practiced over time. Immediate relief, such as relaxation or reduced tension, can be felt after a single session. However, for deeper changes—like reducing chronic pain, managing stress, or addressing trauma—it’s important to view yoga therapy as a long-term investment.
How is yoga therapy different from regular yoga classes or going to the gym?
Yoga therapy is a personalized and holistic approach to healing. While regular yoga classes and gym workouts are beneficial for physical fitness, yoga therapy is specifically designed to address your unique challenges, whether physical or emotional. It’s tailored to your individual needs, combining body awareness, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote long-lasting healing
What if I can’t commit to a long-term program?
Even a short-term commitment can offer benefits, such as reduced stress and improved mood. However, for lasting results, consistent practice is recommended. We’ll work together to find a schedule that fits your life.I also offer Workshops and shorter Self paced courses
How do I know if yoga therapy is working for me?
Progress may not always be immediately measurable. It can show up as subtle improvements in areas like sleep quality, emotional balance, or stress management. Pay attention to how your body and mind respond after each session, and over time, you’ll start to notice lasting benefits.
How can yoga therapy help with things like anxiety or trauma?
Yoga therapy offers tools like breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle movement to regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and rebuild safety in your body. It’s not a quick fix, but over time it can be a powerful tool in managing emotional challenges.
