Portrait of Certified Yoga Therapist guiding a patient in gentle yoga therapy

Meet Madhu

I’m a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) specializing in trauma informed care, chronic pain, and healthy aging.

I grew up seeing how many people, especially seniors, women, and veterans, were left feeling unheard, unsafe, or stuck in traditional healthcare. That inspired me to create a space where healing happens on your terms, with compassion, gentleness, and practices that actually work.

Yoga has been part of my life since childhood, chanting alongside my grandfather, whose notes and guidance kept me grounded even through life’s challenges. After formal training in Toronto and Rishikesh, I have been teaching, guiding patients, and collaborating with organizations to help people regain confidence, ease, and balance one mindful step at a time.

My approach is therapeutic, evidence-informed, and adaptable, focusing on what you can do right now, not what needs fixing.
