with trauma and the limits of traditional wellness / healthcare —
and I saw how many,
especially women and veterans,
were left feeling unsafe, disrespected, and stuck.
That’s why I decided to became a yoga therapist:
to create a space where people can heal on their own terms,
with compassion,
and sustainable practices that actually work.
It’s less about “what needs fixing,”
and more about “what can we work with right now.”
