  • Trauma-informed and respecting

  • Personalized — based on your story, age, illness, body, and energy and keeps your goals under consideration.

  • A blend of yoga, breath-work, meditation and science-based tools

  • Rooted in ancient wisdom + adapted for real life

We might work with:

  • Breath regulation for anxiety

  • Gentle movement for chronic pain or stiffness or specific to condition

  • Practices to release stored emotions

  • Tools for grief, burnout, sleep issues, or body image

  • Education about your nervous system + how to support it

  • Journaling or guided reflection (if you feel open)

No! Yoga therapy is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice. The sessions are designed to meet you where you are and evolve with your progress.

A private Session is a one-on-one session where I assess your unique physical, mental, and emotional needs. Based on the intake form provided, I create a personalized yoga therapy plan to address your goals and challenges, whether it’s pain relief, stress reduction, or overall well-being.

Unlike group classes, private consultations are tailored specifically to you. This means the session focuses on your individual body, needs, and goals, offering deeper insights and more effective healing than a standard class can provide.

Private consultations are ideal for anyone looking for a personalized approach, especially those dealing with trauma, chronic pain, PTSD, mobility issues, or emotional blocks. I work with veterans, seniors, individuals with chronic conditions, caregivers, and anyone seeking healing through a customized yoga practice.
